Qualifications

• Pursuing a relevant degree (B.S./B.A., M.S. in Accounting/Finance/Taxation)
• Pursuing CPA, JD, or LL.M
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong analytical skills
• High proficiency in spreadsheets
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in future

Responsibilities

• Perform special consulting projects such as year-end tax projections, identifying and researching planning ideas, and preparing financial analysis to obtain optimal tax minimization strategies for our clients
• Research various federal, international, state, and local income tax regulations
• Assist in preparing correspondence to clients regarding proposed and final IRS regulations affecting their tax positions
• Prepare federal and international income tax returns and supporting schedules
• Gather data from clients and analyze tax-related financial information
• Prepare quarterly estimated tax calculations
• Assist in developing economic models for transactions
• Team with other colleagues and participate in client meetings
