Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of professional experience.
• 3+ years in workforce analytics, human capital analytics, labor market research, quantitative research, or statistical analysis.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Ability to co-locate at the client site in Arlington, VA 50-80% of the time.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce, talent, and labor market data to identify trends and support strategic talent management decisions.
• Conduct quantitative research, labor market analyses, and workforce studies to evaluate talent availability and workforce dynamics.
• Develop forecasts, models, assessments, and data-driven recommendations informing workforce strategy and planning.
• Create executive-ready reports and presentations translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with client and Deloitte to align findings with priorities and inform implementation plans.
