Federal Systems Integrator Manager

This role has been designated as ‘Remote/Teleworker’, which means you will primarily work from home.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Federal Systems Integrator (FSI) Sales Manager to lead and grow our business within the U.S. Federal Government market. This role will manage a team focused on key FSI partnerships (NG, HII, Peraton, and others), drive revenue growth, and oversee a high-impact sales strategy aligned with Federal IT modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate combines sales leadership, Federal market insight, and solution-oriented thinking to enable success across programs within the Civilian, DoD, and Intelligence agencies.

Location preference is for DC, followed by FL, TX, CA, or MA, but for the right candidate, the team may be open to remote work. If not located in DC, travel expectations may exceed 50% for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
  • Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive go-to-market strategy targeting NG, Peraton, HII, and other SIs.
  • Develop and execute a Sell-to go-to-market strategy.
  • Drive revenue goals by managing pipeline development and forecast accuracy.
  • Oversee account planning and execution to expand presence within key integrator partners.
  1. Partner Management & Ecosystem Development
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with FSI stakeholders including capture leads, program managers, and procurement officers.
  • Guide collaboration with FSI partners to align with major Federal contract vehicles (GWACs, IDIQs, OTAs, BPAs).
  • Identify teaming arrangements and influence pursuit strategies to enhance competitiveness.
  1. Solution Enablement & Proposal Strategy
  • Understand and coach others on the value proposition of HPE solutions.
  • Position HPE solutions effectively across Cloud, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Data, Networking, and Digital Transformation.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales and engineering teams for technical alignment and solution development.
  • Lead or support proposal responses including RFIs, RFPs, white papers, and capture strategies.
  1. Market Insight & Competitive Analysis
  • Monitor Federal IT procurement trends, legislation, and funding cycles.
  • Provide strategic insights to refine offerings and competitive positioning.
  • Represent HPE at industry events and partner engagements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of Federal System Integrator experience
  • 10+ years in Federal IT sales, business development, or partner/channel management
  • Proven success leading engagements with Federal Systems Integrators
  • Deep knowledge of Federal procurement and acquisition processes
  • Experience working with FSIs like NG, Peraton, HII
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and executive relationship skills
  • Technical fluency in Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, and Digital Modernization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active U.S. security clearance (Secret, TS/SCI, or higher) is a plus
  • Experience supporting Federal Systems Integrators with DoD, Intelligence, or Civilian programs
  • Understanding of Federal budget cycles and procurement strategies
  • Background in capture management or government contracting
