Knowledge Management, Inc. (KMI) seeks a Systems Administrator to provide comprehensive Windows and Linux server management for the IRS Criminal Investigation's digital forensics operations, with 24/7 readiness.

This hybrid role includes one onsite position in Memphis and one remote, a multi-year program with competitive benefits and required certifications (Security+, RHCE/LPIC, MCSA/MCSE). Start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Microsoft certifications: MCSA/MCSE or equivalent modern certifications
• Linux certifications: RHCE, LPIC, or similar professional-level certifications
• Security+ certification required for federal environments

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows and Linux server environments
• Maintain SQL databases supporting ECE applications
• Implement and maintain backup and recovery procedures
• Support VDI deployments (Omnissa, Citrix)
• Configure and maintain multi-factor authentication systems
• Provide 24/7 operational support and incident response
