The Strategy and Performance Group (SPG) is currently seeking a management consultant to support Federal agencies in organizational development work including organizational assessment, workforce planning, organizational strategy, evidence-based decision making, and data analytics and visualization. Experience with Federal agencies, either as a contractor or Federal employee, and experience working with data is a functional requirement. The position also requires demonstrated experience in management consulting such as meeting with clients, assessing and evaluating client requests and needs, and working with clients, stakeholders, and teammates to identify, develop, and implement solutions for clients. The consultant must have experience working on a project team, providing status updates, and other common consulting functions. Finally, the position requires experience with developing reports/briefings, presenting findings to clients and stakeholders, and explaining the value add of the implemented tools, products, and solutions.
While there may be some need for occasional in-person meetings, this is a remote-work position.

The likely salary range for this position is $72,250 - $97,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
