Neo Security in the Washington, D.C. metro area is hiring a Federal Sales Engineer to be the technical partner to our federal sales team.

You will support the full federal sales cycle, including discovery, demos, proofs of concept, and security/compliance evaluations for civilian, defense, and intelligence customers. You'll translate federal requirements into guidance for product, engineering, and compliance teams, staying current on FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST 800-53, and CMMC as you engage with

Qualifications

• Experience supporting federal government sales cycles.
• Ability to run technical demos and proofs of concept tailored to federal environments.
• Knowledge of FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST 800-53, or CMMC is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Federal Sales Representatives and channel partners on technical discovery, demos, and evaluations across civilian, defense, and intelligence accounts.
• Design, scope, and run proofs of concept and technical evaluations including GovCloud, on-premises, or air-gapped deployments.
• Support responses to federal RFPs/RFIs and security questionnaires; maintain federal compliance documentation.
