Scale is seeking a Solutions Engineer to be on the front lines of implementing Scale technology for federal clients in the Washington, DC area. You will craft tailored demos, collaborate with Account Executives, and work with product and engineering teams to translate customer needs into scalable capabilities.

A strong engineering background and experience with the public sector are essential. Candidates should be comfortable with scripting, AI/ML familiarity, and be willing to relocate to the

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background in CS or math.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels.
• Experience with public sector clients.
• Experience with Python/JavaScript/TypeScript or Bash.
• Active US Government Security Clearance (TS/SCI).
• Based in the Washington, DC area or willing to relocate.
• Experience with AI/ML and GenAI.

Responsabilités

• Become an expert on the end-to-ends of Scale Products.
• Create tailored demonstrations and collateral for federal stakeholders at executive and analyst levels.
• Partner with Scale Account Executives to deliver customer pilots per requirements.
• Integrate and ingest external datasets to solve government use cases.
• Interact with customers daily to understand pain points and design solutions.
• Work with product and engineering teams to turn requirements into Scale capabilities.
• Understand public sector mission sets to showcase Scale products.
