CCI Facility Contractors, LLC is seeking a Site Safety Health Officer to lead safety and occupational health programs on federal construction sites in Florida. The SSHO will enforce OSHA and project requirements, manage APPs and AHAs, and coordinate with subcontractors while maintaining essential safety records.

The role reports to the Niceville, FL office with work at Eglin AFB, offering a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth in a long-term, stable environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years federal construction experience with NAVFAC, USACE, or Coast Guard.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive construction supervision/managing safety programs.
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances as required by the task order.
• OSHA 30 hour completed.
• Proficient with EM385 1-1.
• Experience with Procore and RMS.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PDF.

Responsabilidades

• Manage construction safety and occupational health programs through inspections, training, safety meetings, and enforcement of OSHA and project requirements.
• Review and implement Accident Prevention Plans (APPs), Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), and safety submittals.
• Oversee subcontractor compliance and qualifications; investigate incidents and track corrective actions.
• Maintain safety documentation including OSHA records, inspection logs, hazardous chemical inventories, and RMS/Procore reports.
