Job summary

Knox Systems is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Administrator to manage and optimize our federal-grade ServiceNow environment. You will configure ITSM modules, maintain CMDB data quality, and build automations using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.

The role emphasizes reliability, security, and collaboration with cloud engineering teams. Candidates must be a U.S. citizen and reside in the United States for this federal-focused position.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of ServiceNow administration, platform support, or engineering experience.
• Experience administering ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
• Experience configuring workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, ACLs.
• Familiarity with CMDB administration, data quality, and governance.
• Experience with REST APIs, IntegrationHub, or system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Knox's ServiceNow platform with reliability and performance.
• Configure ITSM modules and workflows, including Flow Designer and UI policies.
• Maintain CMDB health and support discoveries, data governance, and asset management.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor platform health and metrics.
