Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an Enterprise Architect to advance ServiceNow across ITSM, ITOM, HAM/SAM, and CMDB. You will shape target architecture, govern integrations, and guide teams in delivering scalable, secure, high-quality solutions for federal clients.

The role requires 5+ years in ServiceNow, ITIL knowledge, and a TS clearance. You will work with leadership and security colleagues to align roadmaps with mission outcomes and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HAM/SAM and CMDB.
• ServiceNow Certified System Architect, Administrator, or Application Developer.
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web services.
• Experience with Federal IT Compliance and regulated environments.
• Experience with Agile methodology.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with the organization’s IT strategy.
• Develop and own the roadmap for platform maturation and architectural standards.
• Guide technical architecture and design, ensuring efficient, high-quality, secure solutions.
• Facilitate design sessions, conduct code reviews, and promote ServiceNow best practices.
• Optimize ITSM processes including Incident, Service Request, and Problem Management.
• Enhance ITOM capabilities such as service discovery, event management, and service mapping.
• Mature HAM/SAM processes for better lifecycle tracking and license compliance.
• Strengthen CMDB architecture to improve data accuracy and automate discovery.
• Optimize Change Management workflows balancing agility and risk.
• Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Develop custom applications and functionalities as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership, business units, clients, partners and security teams for platform delivery.
