RIVA Solutions Inc. in Suitland, MD seeks a Security Lead to manage the security posture of contractor FBIB systems nationwide, including ATO, continuous monitoring, and protection of biometric data, PII, and Title 13 information.

You will work with OIS security engineers, enforce controls, and oversee site activations and physical security. The role involves DOC background checks and government coordination.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, operations management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of IT system implementation leadership, including at least 5 years leading multi-site or nationwide deployments.
• Experience leading software releases with Agile methods and coordinated hardware and field deployments.
• Experience planning and running integration and operational readiness testing with Government stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain a Department of Commerce (DOC) Background Investigation and Census Special Sworn Status.

Responsabilidades

• Lead security documentation, assessment, and authorization activities to obtain ATO for contractor systems.
• Ensure compliance with FISMA, Census IT Security Program, Cyber Security Policy, and NIST SP 800-18, 800-34, 800-37, 800-47, 800-53, 800-60; privacy/records requirements.
• Support FedRAMP requirements at Moderate or higher for cloud components.
• Respond to continuous monitoring alerts with assessment, updates, and resolution; report incidents/breaches.
