Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Lean-Agile practices and help deliver mission-critical applications for U.S. federal clients in downtown Washington, DC.

You will facilitate Scrum events, drive continuous improvement, and ensure quality and timely delivery while maintaining clear documentation and end-user support. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in Scrum Master roles are required, including internships, with a strong emphasis on communication.

Qualifications

• Active TS Clearance is required.
• Report to client site in downtown DC 5 times a week.
• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Scrum Master (including internships).
• Clear written communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with Agile framework and Kanban or Scrum team.
• Experience with creating and monitoring tasks in JIRA.
• Application/software requirements gathering experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote Lean-Agile leadership and apply Agile principles to help the team meet goals.
• Identify and work to mitigate impediments.
• Facilitate all team meetings, including Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Planning, and Retrospective.
• Guide the team in estimating the work and maintaining focus on sprint goals.
• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials.
• Assist with data mapping and end-user support.
