Job summary

Censeo Consulting Group, a Washington, D.C.–based management consulting firm, seeks a SAP Concur Consultant for Federal engagements within the GO.gov PMO. You will support customer engagement and operations planning for agencies transitioning to ETS, coordinating issue tracking and solution improvements.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in SAP Concur, Travel & Expense, and federal workflows, plus excellent communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience supporting SAP Concur Travel & Expense implementations in the federal context.

Responsibilities

• Acts as lead point of contact for GO.gov customer agencies.
• Guides transition planning meetings and tracks issues/resolutions.
• Coordinates responses with MSP and solution management team.
• Advocates for timely delivery of GO.gov improvements.
• Manages customer account profiles and coordinates workshops/testing.
