Job summary

Booz Allen is expanding its Salesforce business for the warfighter mission space and seeks a proven federal growth leader who can identify customer problems, create funded opportunities, and convert Salesforce platform demand into Booz Allen revenue. You will work directly with Department of War customers and Booz Allen teams to move opportunities from discovery to funded engagements as an integrated team.

This hands-on sales role requires the ability to originate, shape, and close opportunities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce products or federal cloud platform sales motions.
• Experience originating, shaping, and closing federal technology or professional services opportunities.
• Experience selling into the Department of War with proactive prospecting and account planning.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer problems and map them to Salesforce offerings.
• Create funded opportunities and convert demand into executable engagements.
• Collaborate with Booz Allen account, delivery, and Salesforce teams to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Travel up to 30% and maintain accurate opportunity records and forecasts.
