Engage PSG Search in Washington, D.C. is seeking a Director-level seller with deep experience selling into federal agencies.
You will own the existing federal book and drive growth of over forty percent within two years, expanding agency partnerships and developing new opportunities. You will be in front of agencies about three days per week, shaping strategy and owning the revenue plan while leading a Sales Associate.

You would take the existing book and grow it by more than forty percent within two years, through agency expansion, partnerships and net new. Director-level ownership. You carry the number, you set the agency strategy, and you have a Sales Associate supporting pipeline.
You would sell enterprise memberships, professional certifications, in-person boot camps and anti-money laundering education, into federal investigative units and financial regulators.
You would be in front of agencies around three days a week, so you need to be based in the D.C. metro area and able to commute to agency sites. Candidates outside the D.C. area cannot be considered for this position.
If you have spent seven or more years selling into federal agencies, you originated that business yourself, and your network sits on the investigative and financial crime side of government rather than in civilian IT procurement, this is worth a conversation.
Candidates from certification bodies, professional education, membership organizations or federal training providers with genuine federal origination history will be reviewed, as will federal sellers coming out of investigative data, financial crime analytics or digital forensics.
Base salary of $150,000 to $170,000 depending on experience, plus commission. Director-level title and ownership. Full compensation detail, including commission structure, provided on first call.
