Skillsoft is seeking a Federal Account Executive to grow an existing federal enterprise account base and acquire new business nationwide. This role requires a hunter mentality, relationship selling to C-level executives, and the ability to navigate complex organizations to win multi-decision-maker deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales experience selling SaaS/enterprise software to VP, SVP and C-Level Executives with quota attainment history.
• Experience selling to Federal decision makers and understanding FedRAMP requirements.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales methodologies (MEDDPICC).
• Ability to exceed targets and navigate complex buying committees.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by expanding an existing Federal enterprise account base and acquiring new business.
• Sell Skillsoft Content, Services, and Platform solutions to Federal decision makers.
• Build relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to advance opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver executive presentations with data, agendas, and tailored content.
• Provide feedback on pipeline health, risk, opportunities, and progress.
