Job summary

PCI Federal (PCIF) is seeking a Cybersecurity Task Order Project Manager to lead a large, complex government contract. The role requires coordinating with KO, COR, and customer representatives to guide cybersecurity and enterprise IT solutions from planning through delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, active Secret clearance, and at least 6 years of IT and cybersecurity experience, with proven leadership in managing similar-scale projects and strong RMF knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Project Manager for a large, complex cybersecurity task order supporting federal government initiatives.
• Provide leadership and management of all contract activities, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Act as liaison between KO, COR, government stakeholders, and contractor personnel.
• Lead planning and implementation of cybersecurity and enterprise IT solutions aligned with contract objectives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and performance metrics.
• Oversee cross-functional teams for seamless cybersecurity operations and services.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to RMF, NIST standards, and federal security requirements.
• Provide strategic guidance for cybersecurity initiatives, system authorizations, and continuous monitoring.
• Monitor resources, staffing, and budget to meet performance objectives.
• Prepare executive briefings and status reports for government leadership.
