Job summary

MacMore is seeking a Project Manager for a pending contract award with the Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command. Based at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, the role will lead the integrated historical, archival, data, FOIA and Privacy Act, and records-management mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; minimum of 8 years’ experience in project management.
• Ability to manage schedules, staffing, deliverables, risks, issues, quality controls, and Government communication for a multi-function federal services effort.
• Ability to translate requirements into operational procedures, measurable controls, reporting, training, and corrective actions.
• Ability to lead phased mobilization and maintain accountability across specialized functional personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead transition and kickoff activities; confirm Government priorities, repositories, systems, access dependencies, reporting formats, escalation thresholds, deliverable dates, and Phase I production targets.
• Deliver an integrated Project Plan within 30 days of award, including the master schedule, production priorities, staffing responsibilities, training approach, Quality Control Plan, reporting cadence, and risk controls.
• Maintain the integrated master schedule, staffing plan, deliverable tracker, action-item log, risk and issue register, and corrective-action log.
• Establish and oversee standard procedures for scanning, electronic storage, file naming, metadata, intake, assignment, status tracking, quality review, and corrective action.
• Monitor planned versus actual production, quality results, aging work, staffing, risks, decisions, and upcoming milestones across all functional areas.
• Coordinate Phase II readiness so FOIA and Privacy Act and Records Management functions activate on 1 March 2027.
• Direct training, cross-functional coordination, continuity planning, and corrective action for recurring defects or performance issues.
