Job summary

Mano Lani LLC in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Realty Specialist to manage government real property for the Real Property Office at Nellis AFB. The role requires knowledge of DoD and Air Force laws and the ability to draft easements, leases, and other instruments to support cost-efficient transactions.

You will conduct inventories, report data, and coordinate with planners and engineers, with an expectation of maintaining accurate records and obtaining a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with real property interests, instruments, and related processes.
• Strong written and oral communication for reporting to the RPO/RPAO.
• Experience conducting inventories, inspections, and highest-use determinations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inventories and compliance inspections of facilities every 3–5 years.
• Recommend space utilization changes and analyze space/service requests with recommendations.
• Complete studies on ingrants/outgrants and reviews of land use for mission requests.
• Update non-spatial real property data and floor plans in reporting tools.
• Assist in acquiring real property interests and ensure compliance with authorities.
• May require access to restricted areas and follow OPSEC directives.
