Job summary

Business Technology Integrators (BTI) seeks an experienced QA/Test Lead to oversee quality assurance for EEOC-related deployments in Washington, DC. The role focuses on establishing a formal QA Plan, leading functional and performance testing, and coordinating across development, security, and government stakeholders.

Responsibilities include test strategy development, test case creation, defect management, and ensuring tests cover business, technical, security, accessibility, and performance

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA teams and delivering a formal Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).
• Proven track record in functional and performance testing across SDLC.
• Ability to coordinate testing across multiple technical teams and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of QA standards, defect management, and testing metrics.
• Ability to prepare QA documentation, dashboards, and status updates.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the QAP for the project.
• Lead planning, execution, and reporting of functional and performance testing.
• Create test strategies, master test plans, test cases, scripts, and traceability.
• Manage defects, triage, and ensure timely closure during testing lifecycle.
• Coordinate testing activities across development, integration, cloud, security, and business teams.
• Provide quality-readiness recommendations and support go/no-go decisions.
