Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking an experienced Purchasing Supervisor for the KEOS program at Kirtland AFB, Albuquerque, NM. You will lead a procurement team, ensure compliant, timely, and cost-effective purchases under FAR/DFARS requirements, and manage supplier relationships and performance.

The role requires supervision of buyers, adherence to contract requirements, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to support program schedules and technical needs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Federal procurement experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience executing FAR-based purchases and maintaining audit-ready files.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement team and manage daily workload to meet program schedules.
• Execute RFQs, evaluate supplier responses, and award POs per FAR/DFARS.
• Maintain compliant procurement files and coordinate with Accounts Payable.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries and cost effectiveness.
