Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Program Manager for the KEOS contract at Kirtland AFB, Albuquerque, NM. The role leads, coordinates, communicates, integrates, and is accountable for the program's overall success, ensuring alignment with agency priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Cyber Security on a DoD installation.
• Minimum of five years’ experience as a Program Manager on large, complex, service-type projects.
• Bachelor of Science degree in related field; one year of experience may be substituted for each year of education.
• DoDD 8140 Baseline IAM Level II certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, communicate, integrate, and be accountable for overall program success.
• Facilitate RMF, CE network enclave deployment, and system migration activities at installation level.
• Oversee budget, staffing, and contracting.
• Report security incidents and conduct root cause analysis.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment with agency priorities.
