Job summary

Jobot is seeking a lead Project Manager to direct federal and public works construction programs from preconstruction through closeout. You will oversee budgets, schedules, FAR compliance, subcontractor buyouts, and owner relations on projects with USACE and VA involvement.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a commercial/public works GC PM and a related degree. This role is onsite in Hawaii with a competitive benefits package and opportunities for leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a commercial or public works GC Project Manager.
• Strong familiarity with public agency protocols.
• Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycles including budgeting, scheduling, FAR compliance, subcontractor buyout, and owner relations.
• Manage occupied-facility constraints and coordinate with agency representatives (USACE/VA).
