Ares Enterprise, LLC is seeking a skilled Proposal Writer to support federal contracting opportunities. You will craft technical and management narratives, coordinate with SMEs and capture teams, and ensure compliance with federal solicitation requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business Administration, IT, Technical Writing, or related field or equivalent experience.
3–5+ years proposal writing, preferably GovCon.
Experience writing sections for federal proposals (technical, management, staffing, past performance).
Familiarity with FAR, solicitation instructions, and evaluation criteria.
Ability to translate complex requirements into compelling narratives.
Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

Write and edit technical, management, staffing, transition, and past performance proposal volumes for federal solicitations.
Translate SME inputs into clear, persuasive proposal narratives.
Develop responses to RFPs/RFQs/RFIs and capability statements.
Create executive summaries, win themes, discriminators, and value propositions.
Ensure compliance with solicitation instructions and formatting requirements.
Support proposal reviews (Pink/Red/Gold teams) and production activities.
