Job summary

Fox Point Recruitment LLC seeks a Proposal Manager to oversee end-to-end federal proposal operations in Alexandria. You will transform complex technical requirements into compelling, compliant narratives and build reusable templates to fuel future growth.

You will manage full lifecycle proposals, rapid-turnaround task orders, and IDIQ responses; collaborate with BD on win strategies; enforce Shipley-based processes; and facilitate Color Team reviews with remote teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing and writing federal government proposals.
• Experience with rapid-turnaround task orders and Shipley or similar methodology.
• Exceptional storytelling skills to translate SME input into compliant narratives.
• Expert-level proficiency in MS Office, Teams, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of compliant, high-scoring proposals, including RFP analysis and compliance matrices.
• Manage multiple concurrent proposals, including rapid-turnaround task orders and IDIQ environments.
• Write and edit persuasive technical, management, and past performance sections; translate SME input into content.
• Partner with Business Development to contribute to win strategies and opportunity qualification.
• Introduce and enforce formal proposal methodologies and maintain reusable content libraries.
• Lead Color Team reviews and coordinate with remote teams and subcontractors.
