Position: Manager, Federal Proposal Ops

Join our Federal Proposal and Management Consulting organization to manage the lifecycle proposal development process, from pre-solicitation activities to contract award. Transform win strategies into highly competitive proposal documents, analyze solicitation requirements, and lead diverse writing teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the proposal development process, emphasizing evaluator perspective.
2. Analyze solicitation requirements; develop proposal management artifacts.
3. Control all aspects of proposal development, including meetings, schedules, and final publication quality.
4. Instruct writers to ensure proposals reflect win strategy and are clearly written.
5. Lead proposal reviews, support oral presentations, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum seven years of recent proposal experience in the Federal sector.
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3. Successful track record managing proposals over $25M, especially in Government consulting.
4. Strong understanding of FAR and proposal processes; knowledge of FAR/DFAR preferred.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint; ability to work independently and in teams under tight deadlines.
6. Willingness to travel up to 10%.
7. Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
