Anchor QEA is seeking a full-time, experienced Proposal Manager in Daphne, AL, or Irvine, CA (or local to any Anchor QEA office nationwide). This position will focus on leading development and delivery of high-quality marketing proposals and statements of qualification (SOQs). This job does not offer relocation funds.
