Job summary

Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a Federal Program Cost Control Analyst to join our mission-driven organization. You will partner with Federal Project Managers to manage project profitability and apply financial controls for federal programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial reporting, budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis, with excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with federal contracting and project cost control is preferred.
• US citizenship required with ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform and compile program- or project-level financial analysis and reporting, including budgets, forecasts, and variances.
• Ensure internal financial systems support accurate reporting of project profitability.
• Collaborate with Subcontract Management and support third-party pricing requests.
• Oversee financial management processes for third parties and help build business cases and schedules.
• Present financial data in project meetings and provide data-supported recommendations.
• Analyze historical performance to identify issues and drive process improvements.
• Optimize program budgets to align with organizational goals and improve financial performance.
• Assess and report on program risks and influence project decisions.
