Job summary

SIRIS LLC invites an experienced Project Manager (PE) for on-site leadership in Washington, DC. You will provide full‑time engineering, controls, and construction administration support to the Architect of the Capitol’s Construction Execution Branch, overseeing multiple concurrent projects from procurement to turnover.

The role requires a PE, 5+ years of federal construction experience, and strong cost/schedule control skills to manage risk, documentation, and stakeholder communications in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Active PE license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in engineering, construction PM, project controls, or construction administration.
• Demonstrated experience supporting federal construction projects or capital programs.
• Experience developing, reviewing, or validating IGCEs.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost management, forecasting, risk, change control, and reporting.
• Experience coordinating submittals, RFIs, change orders, and claims.
• Technical field engineering, surveys, site observations, and QA activities.
• Ability to interpret drawings and technical documents; provide concise analyses.
• Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and standard construction documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering, project controls, and construction administration for multiple Capitol campus projects.
• Prepare and review scopes, schedules, costs, and IGCEs; support procurement.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, risks, and performance; produce status reports.
• Review drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, change orders for compliance.
• Conduct field engineering, site observations, and progress documentation.
• Maintain project control logs for submittals, RFIs, changes, and risks.
