Job summary

Peregrine Solutions is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of a new federal campus. This role manages full lifecycle MEP oversight on $150M+ projects, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, budgets, and schedules onsite in Washington, DC.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in MEP PM, a relevant BS degree, and proficiency with PMIS such as Procore, eBuilder, or Kahua, plus strong English communication and security clearance readiness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in an MEP Project Manager role or equivalent.
• BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
• Experience on federal construction projects valued at $150M+.
• Strong leadership coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficient in PMIS and contract/compliance oversight.
• Excellent English communication and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight of MEP systems across all construction phases.
• Lead design/spec reviews to ensure contract and federal code compliance.
• Mentor MEP specialists, estimators, and schedulers.
• Develop and maintain schedules, cost forecasts, and budgets.
• Review payment applications and report discrepancies to Sr. PM.
• Maintain clear communication with owner, stakeholders, and teams.
• Ensure regulatory and security requirements (GSA/DoD) are met.
• Track deficiencies, coordinate corrective actions, and closeout.
• Generate daily MEP progress reports with photo documentation.
