In the early milestones, this role serves as the principal day-to-day Project Manager, integrating requirements, design, schedule, cost, risk, security, and Government coordination to move projects toward construction.

Qualificações

• Progressively responsible experience managing complex design and construction projects or programs.
• Experience providing day-to-day field coordination, progress assessment, and turnover support on complex projects.
• PMP or related credential, or a degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Manage assigned projects with integrated scope, requirements, schedule, cost, risk, design, construction, security, commissioning, and turnover.
• Coordinate OA staff with AFCEC and customer representatives.
• Track issues, RFIs, decisions, and customer coordination responses.
• Maintain onsite field presence and oversee owner-side construction activities.
• Prepare CM daily reports and ensure proper documentation and turnover.
