Job summary

HDR is seeking a Federal Deputy Project Manager for the Federal Business Group in Omaha, NE. The role supports multi‑discipline project teams from development through close‑out under the guidance of a Project Manager.

Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of experience, with strong written and verbal communication and project management skills. Preferred: PMP certification, PE/RA license, and design experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project life cycle (from development and initiation to close-out), under supervision of a Project Manager.
• Responsible for many aspects of a small project or a single aspect of a larger project.
• Coordinate workload through project execution and complete deliverables on budget and schedule.
• Work with the Project Manager, Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviews.
• Perform other duties as needed
