Job summary

Stanley Consultants seeks a Federal Project Manager for our Federal Business Unit in Guam. The role involves design coordination and project management for military base facilities, airfield, and site design projects, with responsibility for scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.

You will lead a design team, coordinate with disciplines, and support business development and proposals in the Indo-Pacific region. This full-time onsite role requires DoD standards experience and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture from an accredited four-year college or university.
• US PE or Architecture license required; DoD/DoDAAC experience is a plus.
• Experience with IBC, UFC, and UFGS; DoD planning/design exposure is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel ~15% across Indo-Pacific region.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project scoping, costing, proposals, interviews, and fee negotiations as needed.
• Plan, organize, coordinate project engagements and communications.
• Manage day-to-day activities of project engagements including Client and Project Design Teams.
• Review projects post-award to define scope, procedures, schedules, budgets, staffing, and progress billing points.
• Lead a Project Design Team (incl. outside subconsultants) to align with scope, schedule, budget, and quality constraints.
• Coordinate with disciplines on multi-discipline projects and provide design recommendations.
