Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning including schedule development and milestone tracking.
• Support charter development, requirements gathering, and baseline establishment.
• Track KPIs and status across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for execution.
• Facilitate meetings, document actions, and track decisions.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings.
• Support lessons learned documentation at closeout.
