Qualifications

  • Possesses strong business acumen in contract terms, financial management, and business development.
  • Excels in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving to drive results and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Drives business development by pursuing new federal contracts, leading proposals, and negotiating terms.
  • Oversees clear communication and reporting, ensuring all project documentation meets federal and company standards.
  • Leads pre-construction planning, staffing, and the establishment of work plans, policies, and procedures for project success.

The Role

A Willmeng Federal Project Executive (PX) is a senior leader who drives the success of large, complex federal projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring every phase meets rigorous government standards. Operating at a strategic level, the PX connects project teams, clients, and company leadership—aligning day-to-day execution with Willmeng’s high expectations and federal compliance requirements. This role champions operational excellence, proactive problem-solving, and strong relationships to deliver outstanding results on every federal project.


What you will accomplish
