The position emphasizes collaboration with schools and departments to analyze data, develop improvement strategies, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education or closely related field is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in accountability and research or federal programs are required.
• Valid Georgia Professional Standards Commission certificate in educational leadership at level L-5, NL-5, PL-6 is required or eligible for the NPL certificate.

Responsibilities

• Serves as internal subject matter expert and provides guidance to colleagues.
• Analyzes data with schools and departments, conducts needs assessments, and develops improvement strategies.
• Monitors and supports implementation of educational programs ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Provides training and technical assistance to schools receiving federal funds to enhance practices.
• Manages budgets for Title I and helps with resource acquisition to meet program needs.
• Participates in development and review of professional development plans for staff.
• Ensures private schools and N&D sites utilize federal funds appropriately.
• Conducts complex analysis of program effectiveness and reports findings to recommend optimal solutions.
