Job summary

ATSG Corporation is seeking an FBI Program Manager (PM) in Winchester, VA to lead contract performance and manage the project plan as the primary government contact. This full-time, on-site role requires an active TS clearance with willingness to take a CI Poly.

Responsibilities include risk identification, deliverable management, and ensuring quality across all project areas in alignment with contract requirements, working closely with EVC leadership and COR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or five or more years of hands-on experience applying administrative principles.
• Top Secret clearance at time of application and willingness to take CI Poly.
• Ability to evaluate and develop methods to accomplish functional objectives and administer the PWS objective.
• Professional skills in program management and leadership.
• Proficiency with routine computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong oral communication and written reporting skills for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the contract performance and ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Serve as primary government point of contact and align project with contract objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage deliverables, and ensure quality standards across the project.
