TMPC is seeking a Program Manager to join our growing team of diverse professionals.

As a Program Manager, duties include but are not limited to being responsible for coordinating all aspects of contract management. Program Managers oversee the various projects a business implements to ensure they all align effectively with the organization’s mission and the program’s goals. The company’s leadership team will typically inform Program Managers of their strategic direction and the goals they’d like the company to achieve. Program Managers will then monitor the progress of several projects within their program to make sure they follow this direction and exceed these goals.

Responsibilities

• 5-year analytical support contract at a federal vetting operation.
• Operational leader at the secondary site (Clarksburg, WV) and Acting PM during PM absences.
• Hands‑on workforce management across 90+ cleared personnel.

Qualifications

• TS + FBI or FBI‑accepted CI Poly.
• Bachelor's or 3+ yrs admin/leadership experience.
• Operations management background.
• Prior FBI / IC / DOJ program experience.
• Federal vetting, BI, or records research operations management.
• Familiarity with the ROC Winchester or CJIS Clarksburg facilities.

This is a contingent hire tied to contract award (Sept 2026 anticipated start). Selected candidates will be named in the proposal and asked to sign a Letter of Commitment.
