Censeo Consulting Group seeks a Program Director to guide a multidisciplinary team supporting the GSA’s Assisted Acquisition Services. You will lead acquisition operations, data, human capital, learning, communications, and governance initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring deep federal program management, senior stakeholder engagement, and a track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream programs on schedule and within budget.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• 10+ years of program management experience.
• 10+ years of experience supporting federal clients, preferably within GSA or similar role.
• US Citizen with active Top Secret clearance and TS/SCI eligibility.
• Active PMP or PgMP certification.
• Experience leading programs supporting acquisition operations in a federal civilian agency or DoD.
• Experience managing a delivery team of 100+ personnel.
• Ability to translate client priorities into clear work plans and actions.
• Experience integrating multiple areas of expertise to solve operational problems.
• Experience advising senior Government leaders and presenting tradeoffs.

Aufgaben

• Lead program delivery across all task areas, ensuring quality, schedule, and cost.
• Serve as the primary contractor POC for Government leadership and build trusted relationships with AAS.
• Translate client priorities into clear work plans, milestones, staffing decisions, and measurable outcomes.
• Build, manage, and mentor a strong team of staff and partners.
• Apply analytics, automation, and approved AI capabilities to improve workflows and decision-making.
• Lead change management so new processes and tools become part of how the organization works.
• Manage program financial performance, staffing, risks, dependencies, and quality control.
• Provide actionable recommendations and briefings to Government leadership.
• Ensure a smooth transition into contract performance with continuity of services.
