Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in cost management, project controls, or program controls.
• Equivalency of experience and/or education considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management and project controls for complex federal programs and capital projects.
• Coordinate with Program Managers to implement controls strategies and delivery objectives.
• Manage forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and performance measurement.
