Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Program Support Analyst to perform routine analysis, assessment, and buildout of Program Support Data (PSD) Sheets supporting DON budgets in the Navy’s Supply, Support, and Logistics domains.

The role focuses on quickly adapting to client requirements and navigating DON regulations to ensure accurate funding for the many Navy budgets, with opportunities to further develop financial management skills within the federal government accounting sphere.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with sparing and modeling.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with Naval Acquisitions and Sustainment.
• Knowledge of PSD PARTS, the DON's tool for budgeting and funding.
• Knowledge of PPBE process.
• Knowledge of Navy Parts and Spares Accounting Processes.
• Ability to operate successfully in a high-tempo environment.
• Secret Clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine analysis, assessment and buildout of PSD Sheets for quarterly and fiscal year requirements.
• Navigate DON requirements, policies and regulations governing budgets for DON.
• Support DON budgeting and funding by financial analysis of quarterly and yearly budgets.
