Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with core competencies including Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs) and inflation or escalation.
• Experience with analysis and estimates supporting government procurement and acquisition processes.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate data and develop analytical approaches to support cost estimation, financial modeling, and program assessment.
• Use methods such as statistical analysis, cost-benefit analysis, lifecycle cost estimation, and what-if scenario modeling to deliver actionable insights.

• Provide data-driven recommendations that drive smarter decisions.
