Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience compiling data to determine project status or prepare reports.

• Ability to provide financial or project information to internal and external stakeholders during inquiries.
• Education may substitute for experience as described (Graduate degree in a related field).

Responsibilities

• Monitor budget execution in financial systems to ensure compliance with spending targets and limits.
• Evaluate budget limitations to recommend strategic program adjustments to project managers.
• Synthesize quantitative data from automated databases and offices to assess program performance.
• Design cost and work breakdown structures (WBS) to track project charges.
• Reconcile technical and financial data discrepancies across district elements to resolve reporting issues.
• Coordinate with District, Division, and HQ personnel to resolve project management issues.
• Develop integrated project schedules using scheduling software and management systems.
• Track progress across project life-cycle phases to advise project managers on schedule slippage.
