Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking a Procurement Systems Analyst to support ONR and related federal programs. The role emphasizes data analytics, Power Platform development, and SharePoint-based workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–5 years of federal procurement, acquisition data analysis, or IT business support experience.
• Proficient with software including Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Azure, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Desktop, Power BI, Power Apps), SQL and related dev tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities and events.
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Must pass Cherokee Federal and ONR pre-employment qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Run metrics reports to support data quality and management for acquisition activities.
• Develop applications in Power Platform and related tools.
• Collect, analyze, and report data from multiple sources to track ONR acquisition and assistance awards.
• Assist with data requests and FOIA responses.
• Provide oversight of acquisition information system requests in the ticketing system.
• Provide system administration support for DoD/Navy eBusiness systems and related tools.
