Job summary

T-Rex Solutions is seeking a qualified Procurement Analyst to support the DISA JITC TEC II program, handling government purchasing, vendor coordination, and rigorous documentation control. This role coordinates with contracting officers and program managers to ensure compliant procurement processes, tracks budgets, and drafts executive-level meeting minutes and deliverables for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with 4+ years in related field.
• Experience with federal procurement lifecycles and vendor coordination.
• Strong grammar, editing, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track government procurement requests and vendor agreements in compliance with federal guidelines.
• Liaise with contracting officers, vendors, and program managers to facilitate purchasing requests and monitor delivery statuses.
• Monitor project budgets, purchasing ledgers, and contract spend plans to align with budgets.
