Job summary

T-Rex Solutions is hiring a Test & Automation Analyst to join the JITC TEC II program, supporting DISA’s mission and ensuring robust software across warfighting domains. You will validate requirements, write test cases, and contribute to automation efforts with SCRUM teams.

Ideal candidates have a technical degree with 4+ years of experience, a Secret clearance, and hands-on testing and Jira expertise. The role is based on Fort Huachuca, AZ, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience or an Associate’s degree with at least 6 years of experience.
• Must have a Secret security clearance.
• Requires at least 1 certification in area of specialization.
• Excellent communications skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate user stories, technical specifications, and functional requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Design, write, and execute test cases for functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with development teams for root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with SCRUM teams, developers, and program management to align on quality goals and deliverables.
• Design, execute, and maintain functional test cases to validate features meet requirements.
• Assist in developing and executing automated testing scripts to increase coverage.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to report testing status.
