CONSTANT is seeking an Associate I to support Federal process efficiency projects, strengthening national security and preparedness capabilities. The role blends leadership of complex tasks with support for single workstreams, while building consulting and client-service skills.

Responsibilities span project work, client relationships, knowledge management, and process automation using Microsoft 365 tools. The position is hybrid, with periodic client-site visits in Washington, DC, and is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in government, consulting, or related services.
• Experience with knowledge management, process improvement, and automation using Microsoft 365 tools.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver quality work.
• Strong communication, writing, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Ability to commute periodically within the National Capital Region.
• Able to pass a Federal public trust background check or security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support task-level initiatives in knowledge management, process improvement, automation, and training.
• Coordinate workplans, track progress, communicate risks, and deliver client-ready outputs.
• Support client liaison activities, document decisions, and align work with client goals.
• Apply knowledge management and process automation skills to improve workflows and access to information.
