• Manage weekly operational rhythms, including preparing governance decks, monthly progress reports, coordinating cross-team efforts, issue triage, and overseeing automation quality and requirements intake.
• Translate customer needs into viable business solutions.
• Design new business processes based on customer requirements.
• Gather and document business requirements effectively.
• Map operational workflows and data flows to ensure seamless processes.
• Define user stories and create functional specifications.
• Support testing validation and facilitate stakeholder reviews.
• Implement new business processes through user sessions and effective stakeholder management.
• Support changes through comprehensive change enablement initiatives.
