Goldbelt Apex is seeking a meticulous Senior Pricing Analyst to develop pricing strategies for federal proposals and provide data-driven financial guidance. You will work across BD, capture, proposal, HR, and finance to create compliant cost models and pricing structures.

This role supports program managers to ensure contract performance and successful bid outcomes. The position emphasizes federal contracting experience, deep cost understanding, and ability to deliver analyzed insights for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience pricing and proposal writing in government contracting.
• Must have experience with SCA and Collective Bargaining Agreements.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing analyses and cost models for proposals coordinating with BD, capture, proposal, HR and finance teams.
• Research competitor pricing and market trends to inform price-to-win strategies.
• Ensure cost proposals comply with CAS, FAR, DFARS and client solicitations.
• Provide financial guidance, forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning for programs.
• Support program managers to ensure effective contract performance and delivery.
• Prepare and brief PTW analyses for Best Value and LPTAC competitions.
