PROVATOHR INC. seeks a Financial Analyst / Pricing Analyst to support the Finance organization by performing financial analyses, building pricing models, and assisting in compliant cost proposals for U.S. Government contracts.

The role emphasizes Excel-driven modeling, data accuracy, and collaboration across Contracts, PM, HR, and Operations. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel, with 2–5 years of relevant experience and a focus on federal proposal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, or government contracting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, financial modeling, data analysis).
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis to support management decision-making.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models using Microsoft Excel.
• Analyze financial performance, labor utilization, indirect rates, and project profitability.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports for management.
• Validate data accuracy and reconcile information across systems.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
• Assist in preparing cost proposals and pricing narratives for government contracts.
